La Saviour
The senior high
youth will
be hosting their 9th annual spaghetti dinner on the
evening of March 20th starting at 5:00pm.
We invite you to come and dine with us at the finest Italian
Ristorante Lee’s Summit has to offer. From a small, quaint, family
owned venture that started over seven years ago, La Saviour
has developed into an "exciting Italian Ristorante that attracts
diners like a porch light attracts moths on a summer night."
La Saviour is a relaxed, casual atmosphere that serves traditional
style spaghetti, salad, and bread sticks.
Great care is taken in storing private label beverages in a
temperature-controlled room called "La Cocina" (the
kitchen). This room holds many bottles concentrating on Coke,
Pepsi, Tea, and crystal clear water.
Wholesome, well prepared dishes are what one can travel to La
Saviour to experience. The TAG family, proprietors and chefs
for years, has built their solid reputation by providing their
guests with recipes and flavors that have been brought down through
generations. Arriving in Lee’s Summit years ago, they hold dear in
their hearts their family traditions. They express their love for
their country in every dish they prepare - from their hearts to your
table.

RUMMAGE SALE: Don’t give it away!
Don’t throw it away! Keep it just a little longer!
On MAY 8TH the senior high youth group will be
holding our annual rummage sale at the church. If you have items
that you no longer want, need, or can use, please hold onto them for
this spring. We will start collecting items in late April/early
May. Questions: call Tim Koehler.
CONFIRMATION 6th,
7th & 8th Graders
Wow, we
are getting really close to our Confirmation Retreat. We will be
leaving from Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church at 3:00pm on April 9th
and returning around 6:00pm on the 11th. We will be able
to provide transportation to the church if you are unable to get
your student there by 3:00pm.
In the mail you
will receive a Check List, a Medical Consent
form and the Camp Lutherhoma form. Please complete
these forms, have them signed and notarized where needed, and turn
in all forms by March 22nd.
Senior High Save this
Date! March 7th 4:00-6:00pm. Pizza and
Volleyball with St. Matthew’s youth group. It will be at our gym,
and it will be fun!
FAMILY GAME NIGHT
The Board of Evangelism invites you to join your church
family in a night of fun, food, and games on Friday, March 26, at
7:00 p.m. Bring a game and a snack to share. Get to know your
church family members and enjoy good Christian fellowship.
Babysitting in the nursery will be provided. Please sign up at
church if you plan to attend, indicating which game and which snack
you are bringing. See you there!
