Invitation to Sing with the Festival Choir

Would you like to sing at the Reformation 500 Hymn Festival (Oct. 15) and sit on the main stage?  You are welcome to participate!  A Mass Festival Choir is being formed from local singers who are willing to acquire the music and familiarize themselves with it in advance.  There will be two Mass Rehearsals: Sunday Oct. 8 and Saturday Oct. 14 from 2:30-5 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mission, KS.  The day of the event (Oct. 15) there will be a sound check rehearsal at 4pm, and the event begins at 7pm.  The choir is open to anyone from High School to senior citizens and will sing arrangements on Psalm 46, Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing, Amazing Grace, Thy Strong Word, and A Mighty Fortress Is Our God.  For more information, talk to Pastor Jon.  You are invited to participate whether you are currently in the choir or not.  No ticket is necessary for your admission if you are performing in the Mass Choir.
