"SEX STILL HAS A PRICE TAG"
Today, people are faced with a raging plague of sex related
problems. Pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases and rape
statistics are at all-time highs. Even so, today's society
encourages sexual activity, and young people must have a compelling
reason to commit to sexual abstinence.
In the DVD, "Sex Still has a
Price Tag," world renowned abstinence educator, Pam Stenzel,
combines her personal story and extensive pregnancy counseling
experience in a hard hitting look at the consequences of sexual
activity outside of a monogamous, lifetime relationship. In a
captivating and inspiring talk, Pam tackles the tough issues of sex
with candor, insight and humor while challenging young people to
embrace the benefits of abstinence.
Pam has spoken at multiple LC-MS National Youth Gatherings, has a
real story, and relates well to youth.
We encourage ALL HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH to attend these
discussions throughout the month of February.
On February 12th & 19th, the youth
will be meeting at Korey and Tiffany Danley’s home from 6-8pm to watch the DVD of Pam Stenzel and
then for discussion.
Dinner will be provided!
On Sunday, February 26, we will be meeting at BSLC for dinner and a
final discussion. The
youth will also have the opportunity that evening to make a promise
to God, themselves, and their future spouse to live a life of sexual
abstinence until their wedding day.
If you have any questions or if parents would like to view this DVD,
please speak with Korey Danley.
